As i read all of the reviews for paul i must say they took the words out of my mouth. Everything said is so true. I met with several realtors before paul but as soon as i met him i knew he was the one and cancelled my other meets. He not only became my realtor but also a friend. He was a godsend. He guided me thru the whole process and of course the problems that always appear but are never expected. I worried but he was calm and always handled everything. After awhile i stopped worrying because i knew he had my back and would handle it. He is very knowledgeable and easy to reach by text or phone. Always returns calls quickly and no question is too small to ask. He basically took care of everything for me even if it wasn't his job (and most of it wasn’t). I am so grateful i found him and would recommend him without hesitation. He goes above and beyond what any other realtor would do for you.
